All paid services begin immediately upon payment confirmation. Work is initiated without delay.

5. Service delivery

Delivery timelines vary depending on task complexity and agreed workflows. Firemint reserves the right to determine appropriate allocation of tasks across specialists.

You may define approval requirements per task or workflow. Where autonomy is granted, Firemint may proceed based on predefined triggers and SOPs.

7. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, delivered outputs become the property of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Firemint is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of services.

9. Suspension of service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse, unlawful activity or breach of terms.

10. Governing law

Refund Policy

A strict no refunds policy is upheld. Due to the nature of Firemint’s services, all payments are final. Once payment is made, work begins immediately, resources are allocated and execution is initiated. As such, refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
